RECRUITMENT
At Frontier Legal, we believe the Law is a complex organism which requires continuous study and analysis. We believe that the basics of the practice of law can easily be learnt within a year or two of entering the practice, but the advanced nuances of the law can only be learnt through hard work and a dedication to knowledge building. With a rapidly evolving legal system that mutates and changes swiftly, we require our Associates to be able to quickly react, analyse and predict changes in the law.
Frontier Legal strives to give it’s team of lawyers an intellectually stimulating and free environment in which to explore the various avenues of law while also contributing to the Firm’s knowledge base and expertise. INTERNSHIP
We also understand the importance of practical exposure to the workings of the law during one’s studies and encourage students to intern with us for a hands-on experience of the practice of law.
